All workshops are held in the function room at the Toby Carvery, Broadway North, Walsall, WS1 2QA.

Start times are 11:30 and last until between 13:30-14:00.

Working with the Energies of the Seasons

Each workshop focuses specifically on the energy of that season.  Through talks, journaling and meditation we focus on what's happening in nature and bring ourselves into alignment with it.

 

Shadow Self Workshops

We'll focus on the self and those parts of us that we hide away, such as anger, jealousy, shame, regret.  By working with the shadow, we learn to integrate it and control it.  This is a deep healing method.
